- Only canoes and kayaks are permitted to enter weir streams. All craft should stay away from face of weirs.
- Weirs with anti-scour cills are prohibited to all canoes and kayaks
- Weirs shall be assessed at the time of use by a BCU Level 3 Coach

- General information on the conditions of water leverl (other than Locks) may be obtained from the Regional Navigation inspector at the above address. Water conditions at weirs can be obtained from lock-keepers.
