  • River Exe, Beware weirs above Topsham. River Exe changes from B1 to B3 at a line between Exe Sailing Club, to Buoy 19 (midway between Exmouth and Starcross), Buoy 13 (North of Dawlish Warren), and to the Warren. River Exe, Bampton: There is no access to the River Exe between Halfpenny Bridge and Chain Bridge (os 181 945206) except by special permission from owners of Water Rights. Details from
