• Gt. Ouse (from Kings Lynn Harbour to junction with River Wissey)
• New Cut (from River Yare to River Waveney)
• River Bure (from Acle Bridge to confluence with River Yare)
• River Waveney (from Breydon Water to the Somerleyton Swing Bridge)
• River Yare (from Cantley to the confluence with River Bure and including Breydon Water).
• Blakeney Harbour to Par Point including Ager Creek, Cley Channel, The Pit, Morston Creek, Stiffkey Creek (from 1 November to Easter);
• Wells Harbour (between open sea and Life Boat Station from Easter to 31 October)
• Wells Harbour (from Harbour to Life Boat Station from 1 November to Easter).
• Coastline (up to 100 metres offshore from Easter to 31 October unless otherwise classified)

• Coastline (Beyond 1600m offshore, from 1st November to Easter. Beyond 4800m offshore from Easter to 1st November)

• Mills, Weirs and Sluices can be extremely dangerous. All Scouting activities being undertaken within 50 metres upstream, and 25 metres downstream of these structures must be carried out under the supervision of a holder of a B2 Inland authorisation.

For the purposes of scout rules, the following define the upperlimits of tidal waters on the Norfolk Broads (there is a small tidal influence above these points) :

• River Bure - Stokesby
• River Yare - Reedham Ferry
• River Waveney - St Olaves Bridge
• The inclusion of waters within this list does not imply a right of access. Always gain permission of the owner before undertaking any water activities.
• Please inform the ACC Activities of any waters not included within this list.
