Fire Safety
Chubb
Chubb Fire has launched a great new competition, hot on the heels of the success of their 'Fire Safety Poster Competition' in February. The 'Design a Christmas Card 2005 Competition' offers Groups the chance to win some fantastic prizes, and the winning entry will even be made into the Chubb Fire Christmas card 2005!
The first prize of £500 can be spent on water themed activities by the winners, and this could range from the purchase of a canoe, to sailing instructions on a local lake. Second and third prizes of £300 and £200 are also up for grabs.
Groups can design a Christmas card using 'Festive fun on a theme of fire safety'. They should include both text and graphics, and should be designed by the whole Group. The deadline for entries is Friday 30th September 2005, and these should be sent to The Corporate Relations Department, The Scout Association, Gilwell Park, Chingford, London, E4 7QW.
