FAQs
What is the difference between Scouts' Campfire Circle and Fellowship?
Please be assured that Scouts' Campfire Circle is not intended to replace the Fellowship. Scouts' Campfire Circle is a different scheme whereby supporters of Scouting can keep in touch, but are not actively involved like Fellowship Members are.
Have you received my application form?
We will post your welcome pack and discount card within 10 working days of receiving your application. If you have not received your welcome pack by then, please call 0845 838 0779.
I haven't received Scouts' Campfire Circle magazine recently, please could you check you have my current details?
Scouts' Campfire Circle magazine is produced every six months. If you haven’t received any in this time, please call Scouts' Campfire Circle team on 0845 300 1818 or e-mail campfire@scout.org.uk
Are there any events I can attend?
As part of Scouts' Campfire Circle, you will be able to find out about local networking opportunities and events. Simply tick the box in the questionnaire on your application form indicating that you would like to receive information about Scouting in your area, or e-mail campfire@scout.org.uk with your request and postcode.
My card is lost or stolen – what should I do?
Please contact The Scout Association immediately on 0845 300 1818 or e-mail campfire@scout.org.uk. We are able to provide one free replacement card per year. Thereafter, replacements cards will be subject to a £2 charge.
I want to cancel my Direct Debit - what can I do?
You will need to write to your Bank/Building Society and The Scout Association to inform us from which month you wish to cancel your payment.
