Discovery Channel is the proud new sponsor of the Scout Pioneer Activity Badge and has launched a great new competition to encourage your Troop to get building their outdoor pioneering projects (a requirement of the badge).
Whether it's a monkey bridge, lookout tower, aerial runway or a project of your choice, we want to see what you can do.
To help you get started, check out the brand new Pioneer Activity Badge resource pack at the Discovery Channel webpage.
To be in with a chance to win the £1,000 prize all you need to do is send us
a photo of your Troop's best outdoor pioneering project, along with the following information:
Entries must be emailed to The_Pioneers@discovery-europe.com or post to the address below by 12 noon on 29 June 2012.
Postal address: The Discovery Pioneers Competition, Discovery House, Building 2 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YB.
They will be judged by an expert panel and the winning Troop will be announced in July.
