Wedding Receptions

Gilwell Park is only available for wedding receptions on an exclusive basis. When you book your event, we give you the reception rooms in the White House, the Buffalo Lawn (a splendid outdoor space for holding reception drinks) as well as the whole of our Colquhoun International Centre (CIC), which includes the main hall and several smaller rooms. We will also reserve all the bedrooms on site for you until one month before your event.

In addition our newly refurbished signature room will be complimentary for the bride and groom for the night of the wedding. Also included in the price are the services of one of our Conference Office staff to act as co-ordinator for your event.

Please speak to our team about wedding packages. Whether it's an activity day before your wedding at Gilwell Park Scout Activity Centre, offering anything from archery to zip wires, or a celebratory lunch/barbeque with your guests the day after, we have a range of ideas for you to consider. Whatever the requirement, we offer unparalleled flexibility.
