The Dorothy Hughes Centre
Primarily intended for young people, this building is available to Scouts, Guides, schools and youth groups (particularly between Sunday and Friday in term times). This centrally-heated 'log-cabin' style building sleeps 40 and has a large well-equipped kitchen complete with caterer sized equipment and facilities.

Leaders' room, toilets, hot showers and a large hall are amongst its many other attractive features. Cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery are provided but you need to provide all of your own bedding. Click here to download the layout of the building.

The Log Cabins
These cabins are situated in the tree line on the edge of Woodlands Field. Think of them as a wooden tent with bunk beds! Each cabin sleeps a maximum of eight people split over two rooms. A separate building provides a dining and cooking shelter or you can cook outside on a real fire. They are ideal for Patrols of Scouts, Explorer or Network Units, Leaders' weekends or indeed for any small group of people.

You need to provide all of your own equipment (including a gas cooker, unless you cook outside on a wood fire). A toilet and shower block is available for your use nearby.

Branchet Lodge
This attractive new building sleeps up to 56, designed to meet the needs of today’s customers with Leader on-suite rooms and male and female ablution facilities. Centrally heated throughout, this is perfect for year round camps and ideal for school groups. It comes complete with kitchen and dining facilities and we can also offer catering provided by our professional catering team at Gilwell Park. Click here to download the layout of the building.
