A new look for Scouting's Centenary
A definitive visual identity has been launched to support all UK Centenary Activities. The new logo replaces all previous versions and should be used on all UK 2007 projects, publications and events.
The new look which was developed in partnership with staff and volunteers features the familiar 'dove' design, along with the wording 'Scouting 2007.' It will help us project a strong, consistent and recognisable image of Scouting.
Produced in response to an increasingly confusing image of Scouting 2007 due to the large number of different logos, the brief was to develop a device that was 'simple, memorable and obvious.'
The new logo is protected under law but is available licence free for use within Scouting. Any commercial use of the badges or logos however will require a licence from The Scout Association - please contact 0845 300 1818 for details.
