Venture Abroad Representatives are on hand at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch® and Disney's Hotel Cheyenne® to ensure all your arrangements run smoothly once you arrive. For groups staying at Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch we will join your coach on arrival and escort your group to their cabins. We will liaise with your driver to ensure timely departures to Disneyland® Resort Paris and on your journey home. For groups staying at Disney's Hotel Cheyenne, a representative will be present to direct you to your rooms.
WE CATER FOR SMALL GROUPS TOO!
Making it possible for groups of all sizes to travel is an important part of our service. This enables party leaders with just a few children to benefit alongside larger groups from the great value that our Special January Departures offer. If your group has fewer than 40 members we will co-ordinate your requirements with another party and simply ask you to be flexible in your planning so as to make this possible.

We have worked in partnership with the International team at the Scout Association since 2001 to increase the number of International opportunities for young people within Scouting and to ensure that we are continuously meeting the highest standards of safety for all of our holidays abroad. We also were the first tour operator to set up a fund for international travel within the Scout Association for the benefit of its members.
